There's no turning back after you sign the one year lease. These apartments are cheap. They are infested with rats, mice and roaches. The office staff doesn't give a s%^t about you even though they fake it well. Try and sleep with all the noise, try and sleep knowing your apartment could be occupied at any time by one of the sticky fingered staff members.
