Apartment Review for Kendale Apartments - Baltimore, MD

This is a good student apartment. Lot of ethnic community around. Neighbors can be occasionally loud, but can be tolerated. As such there are issues with the apartment. But, the heating is not controlled, so tempertures can shoot up above 80 degress f during winter. Require special vertical chassis air conditioner that will fit a specific window. But smaller a/c's do fit bedroom. roach is a problem, but if you know how to keep them in check, then its not a problem at all. Maintainance staff is quick, good and friendly. The location is good, across from a small strip mall that could satisfy your grocery needs.
