Apartment Review for Loch Raven Village Apartments - Baltimore, MD

This place has got to be the worst place to live ever. Aside from the roaches, there are mice infested in the place. It is seriously disgusting. Not a night goes by that I do not see a mouse running across my floor. We keep the apartment clean, the mice do not come for food, they obviously live here. The leasing office sends an "exterminator" once a week if you call and request it, every week, who walks around with some spray for 3 seconds and gives you sticky traps so you get to catch the mice only to watch them break free of the "trap" and run back into their hiding spots. ON TOP OF THAT, i walk out to go to work one morning and find my car GONE because loch raven thought it would be a good idea to tow it because the emissions test sticker had not been renewed. THis place is horrible. Maintenance comes over whenever they please and never do what they are supposed to do. Their are mouse holes everywhere that remain unfixed, even after seven months of living here. I cannot wait for my lease to be up in August. I wanted to move out the week I moved in.
