Apartment Review for Lothian Apartments - Baltimore, MD

this was one of the worse places i have ever lived. The staff was polite and respectful but that was about it. They don't let you see the apartment until after you pay your first months rent. they have mice, loud neighbors, parking was fine and condition of apartment was horrible. The rent was cheap so you def get what you pay for. I lived there for about one year and i went to a near by college; that is the only reason why i moved in. I would not, never ever in my life recommend this place.
