Apartment Review for Meadow Lane Apartments - Baltimore, MD

I just stumbled across this site and was surprised to see the bad reviews. This is middle income housing that seems to be mantained very well for its age. The owner of this complex seems to care. I have several friends and neighbors that live here that have experianced none of the problems that I have read on other posts. I have a feeling these tenants must have been dirty and unwilling to follow the rules.
