Apartment Review for Milbrook Park Apartments - Baltimore, MD

The place is awful. A/C units about 15 yrs old. The manager Mr. Hirsch refuses to replace them. So in the summer time people suffer. Especially elderly people. The service requests are not responded to promptly, as the maintenance crew is either running around, putting off fires or just goofing off. The buildings are filthy, the cleaners show up at will and that doesn't mean they clean, they just show their presence. If you decide to move out, forget about your security deposit, Mr. Hirsch will find any excuse not to return it. You'd have to go to court to get it back. I wish I could find who the owner of this complex is......
