Apartment Review for Monument Place Apartments - Baltimore, MD

For the money my apartment is truly complete-fire place, trash compactor, dish washer,washer/dryer & microwave are all standaed. We have been promised new windows & the elevator (1) to be made more reliable. My apartment is fairly spacious & I have decent closet space.The location to public transportation is almost ideal. Maryland General Hoospital is 1 block away! Maintenance is on the money. The building is all most too quiet! I have never heard anyone else's toilet flush, televison set or telephone ring! The only way that I know that I have neighbors is the apartment noise through their apartments doors! The trash disposal system could be better. I have never seen any type of pest! On premise management his been very friendly, helpful & competent! The aforementioned amenties offered by these apartments offset the location! One can walk to almost any where in downtown/Mt. Vernon & University of Baltimore area. The Waxter Senior enter is nearby as well as numerous restaurants including Lexington Market, 24 hour Rite Aid, cleaners & grocery stores. I have never had a problem w/safety. The only way that I would move from these apartments is if I got alot of money!
