Apartment Review
One of the best

Lived here for the last two years and only leaving because we bought a house. This place is small, but well loved, so it is probably better for small families or single people. Very pet friendly. The neighbors know each other and are extremely friendly. They walk each others dogs and are always willing to help otherwise. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, safe and well maintained. If you are a music lover, it is a 10 minute walk to the Virgin Festival from here, so no worries about the parking. You do get crickets in the summer if you live on the first floor, but that is not the management's fault because the apartments are in a wooded area, they just come in. The pool and the gym are clean and well maintained. They don't let anyone in without a criminal background check. As a bonus if you are on the first floor you don't even have to use your AC in the summer it stays so cool. The maintenance responsiveness is not bad, but as far as getting things done, it's so-so. They'll show up and try to help, but sometimes they can be a bit lazy. However they are very prompt if you have a true emergency. Overall, A++++
