Apartment Review for Park Crescent Apts - Baltimore, MD

Park Crescent Apartments are priced fairly low, and the overall quality of the complex is less than you would get at a higher price. I have been satisfied with Park Crescent while it has been all I can afford, but the kitchen is tiny with older appliances and virtually no counter space, and the carpeting and kitchen floor are pretty low-end. The best thing by far, is that, even though it is generally in a neighborhood some people would be uncomfortable in, the apartments themselves are a long curving road that exits at both ends (like a cul-de-sac) and there is no through traffic at all. There are a lot of trees and grass.
