Apartment Review for Park Crescent Apts - Baltimore, MD

When I first moved here I had loived it because it was my first apartment, but throughout the last 3 years the neighborhood has changed. It seems like more people who don't work live here now. At nigh all these suspicious people just walk around looking clueless. I 've never had any rodents or roaches which is a good thing, but these apartments are soooooo small. I have to step outside just to think. Its alright but noty recommended.
