This apartment complex has a lot of short-term tenants with family members at one of the local hospitals. They are in and out at all hours of the night, talking, laughing, and letting their kids run wild up and down the elevators and hallways. Street noise is also an issue if you have a front-facing apartment. If you actually have a job and need to get some sleep, don't rent here.
