Apartment Review for Ridgely's Delight - Baltimore, MD

General condition of the unit was ok. The AC in the summer was awful. It was always warm inside! Were talking like 80 degrees even at night! Asked maintenance to come look at it... it took them 2 weeks and they didn’t do anything. It ran constantly and it never got cold inside. Our electric bill was over 250$ a month for a small apartment. Terrible! Not that it’s the owners fault but my car as well as my roommates’ car both got broken into while we lived there. Towards the end of our lease things started falling apart. Everything from the bathtub to the closet doors to the trim around the sink was falling apart. For the price its ok but you could probably do better else where!
