Apartment Review for Rosalind Townhomes - Baltimore, MD

The office staff has come a long way, the Manager LaRhonda is nice and understanding. The maintenance staff is ok but dont have a problem on the wknd or after business hours because they take their time coming to your house, I was even told at one point by the maintenance tech who came to do a repair for me that he was at the bar and started to leave my problem for the morning. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and people mind their business. The townhouse in and of itself is pretty decent although if you need a washer/dryer hookup (although it was part of your lease) you can forget it if its not already installed in your home. Its a decent buy for what you are paying
