Apartment Review for Selford Townhomes - Baltimore, MD

This place used to be pretty nice. But the street I live on has three different groups of college students living here. They are loud, obnoxious, and party 5 nights a week. The tenants and their friends pee in the street and the yard and the rental office only said they would "handle it" yet now they just pee into the woods, in plain sight. The parties include loud, giggling, picture-taking kids who obviously do not have to get up the next day for work, and they are completely disrespectful. I don't like snitching, so I havent called the cops yet. I try to remember what it was like to be young, but its hard to do at 1 am on a wednesday when I have to be up the next day. The parking is AWFUL and the rental office sends out letters stating they cannot do anything because Baltimore County owns the parking lot, but just try to be courteous. That's like telling a murderer that killing is legal, but try to be kind about it. Bottom line: do NOT move here unless you dont want to get a good night's sleep for a solid year.
