Apartment Review for St Agnes Apartments - Baltimore, MD

There is a mice infestation. You have to call the exterminator at least every month during the winter. Management doesn't do enough to fix the problem. Outside of that it is a very peaceful place to live. Noisy neighbors and serious repairs are taken care of quickly. Cosmetic repairs may or may not get done. There is plenty of parking. The windows are old and drafty. With the low price I pay I can deal with most problems for a short time. But I wouldn't recommend staying here for several years.
