Apartment Review for St Agnes Apartments - Baltimore, MD

Price is ok. Maintenance is ok, but the office people are rude and liars. So many times they have lied to me. There have been many times that I called the office or stopped by during their business hours and they wern't there to answer the phone or there was a note on the door that said "be back in 10 minutes" and 30+ minutes go by and no one shows up. The one thing I dislike about the management company is their way of defining "late payment", instead of going by the post date, I was told they go by "when it reaches the desk." Whatever!
