Apartment Review for St Paul Regency Apartments - Baltimore, MD

There's no place like home until the elevators break down. And God forbid they should replace the tv that was once in the so called gym ( main reason why I stopped working out there). It takes forever to get something done ...Cindy and Diane( Front desk ladies) are great but whats up with that late shift girl. What kind of folks would replace perfectly good storage doors before redoing other parts of the build....hint: like putting in NEW windows!!!!!
