Apartment Review for The Bristol - Baltimore, MD

This apartment building has an elevator which makes it good for seniors. Sometimes they do not work which makes it bad for seniors. Lobby is going down, furniture is torn and lights at entry and on back parking lot are 90% not working. No Management on site, intercom at entry but people do manage to get in. No security. Nice neighbors -95%; Management responsive - fair, polite even though nothing much is corrected; Location - good near The Plaza on Reistertown Road; Care of interior building deteriorating- halls, hall lights frequently out. Some people are happy here but many others are moving out because they feel management is no longer interested in what makes or a contented tenant and because the cost of heating each apartment is going to fall on tenants beginning in the fall of 2009. Its an old building so the heat could quickly increase utilities by hundreds of dollars each month.
