Apartment Review for The Carlyle - Baltimore, MD

The office staff is incompetent. There was a gas leak in my unit, and it took the office staff over 2 days to address the problem. The lower level of the parking garage has 4" of old, dirty water on the ground at all times. The unit itself was very dirty at move-in, had rusted metal objects at the bottom of the toilet, had water stains and cracks in the drywall. There is only one maintenance person who was helpful. Lastly, expect the fire alarm to go off every few months.
