Apartment Review for The Copycat Building - Baltimore, MD

This place isn't so bad! I think it really depends on who you are renting from. I mean my rent is very very reasonable considering...and for example, I have a spot in the safe, gated lot for free. The residents are a little loud, unique, but what do you expect? When deciding to live here you are agreeing to live amongst a particular niche, so don't be surprised by the music, beer cans, or even...human shit in the hallway...it comes with the turf, embrace it. For me, the rent is cheap, the space is big, and I do what I want. I recommend it to anyone who knows what they are getting into. really -- it is not so bad.
