Apartment Review for The Copycat Building - Baltimore, MD

I am a current resident of 2 years. I have lived in several different units in the past (mostly sublets). The (new) leasing manager has fixed many of the burdens that were left from the previous leasing manager. Gated off parking lot, security cameras at almost every entrance. Parties have died down over the last year or so. Still very affordable (my unit is $600 for me and my room mate together). A wide variety of different warehouse loft apartments, that are seperated in four parts of the building. Maintainace is OK, you have to ask to get stuff fixed. An ugly building, but what do you expect it is a warehouse. Still some parties, but only mild. I AGREE AND SAY: YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT YOU WILL LIVE IN A CHEAP RENT, ARTIST HOUSING. somewhat like a co-op. great for responsible fun (no setting coaches on fire)
