Apartment Review for The Copycat Building - Baltimore, MD

Bands used to play all weekend & huge parties were noisy all the time. Now the bands are gone, you can study & hear yourself think. Security is good but street parking is sketchy. You can pay for secure parking. The building is over 100 years old & was converted to apt. for art students to create art & live in. It's not suppose to be beautiful but it is very functional & you don't get in trouble for getting paint on stuff! Also maintenance comes whenever we call. What's the problem.
