We can live and do our art in our huge apartment. The people are the friendliest in Baltimore. Four or five maintenance guys fix stuff the same day it breaks and the manager has unlocked my unit after a hard night of drinking without charge! It's quiet, safe and the owner has been fixing up the building for the past year. What's the problem? We LOVE IT HERE!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
