An older building that upon close inspection shows its age. The common areas are not well maintained and cleaned regularly, especially on weekends. During the walk through tour, management does a good job of selling their "friendly" atmosphere. However, once the lease is signed, they go out of their to find reasons to collect additional fees and penalties. Be careful to get all of their promised services in writing because all of thier advertised services are not reflected in their lease.
