Apartment Review for The Metropolitan Of Baltimore - Baltimore, MD

My reason for choosing this place was becauase of the quite atmosphere and security I felt entering the community. If I wanted everyone to have access I wounldnt have chosen a gated community.Parking Ive never had a problem with beacause visitor parking is outside gates. I can appreciate this because I dont want to live @ party central and if the girl upstairs has 12 people over I want a place to park, let them park outside I pay rent! The office staff is pretty helpful usually, I did have a mouse in my apartment once but I called and they came right out to look for it and put down traps, pulled out appliances to meke sure they werent coming through holes, and they sent the exterminator. They never found it but he may have went back to wherever he came from.A mouse cant live where theres no food to eat. I kept my apartment very clean. Personally Ive been pretty satisfied with my stay here. I love that there were some strict criteria here because it set this community apart from others that accept any type of behavior. Im moving on to live in the home that i just bought and if luxury is the lifestyle you prefer than I would suggest living here. The rooms are large the veiw is nice and Its just as nice as the high priced ones downtown but not as convienient to dwntown life. The only thing that could stand a change seeing some young professionals as neighbors instead of older ones. also the bathrooms could be a little bigger
