Apartment Review for The Munsey - Baltimore, MD

I have only been living in this apartment since June 1st, 2008. Already the air conditioning has broken twice. The first time it took about 2 days to fix. The second time occurred yesterday and its still going today. The people who work in facilities here simply don't care about the residents and don't try to address problems quickly. I had problems with my kitchen appliances breaking, and it took 4 calls and three facilities visits to fix. For the fairly high price we're paying for a two bedroom in Baltimore ($1865), we deserve to have working air conditioning.
