Apartment Review for The Time Group - Baltimore, MD

I lived here a few years ago for about 3 years. It is a good place to live if you are a college student, but as fas as a long term residence, don't waste your money. It's cheaper for a reason. I remember the tenants upstairs playing pool (yes, they had a pool table, and management did nothing about it). Seeing the dead field mice stuck to glue traps in the waste chute room always turned my stomach. One time, (only once) while watching TV, I saw a little field mouse scurring along the wall. I caught him and put him out in the hallway. While this didn't entirely freak me out, somebody else might. We lived above the deli, so maybe this was the source. I left after my car was stolen out of the "locked" parking garage.
