Apartment Review for The Zenith - Baltimore, MD

A girlfriend of mine has lived at the Zenith for a few months now. Had numerous issues with the apartment. A young man named Matthew (the maintenance manager) handled my girlfriends service requests. He was very profane always on the telephone when he was inside of the apartment. In my experience as a LEO I recognized the smell of marijuana coming from Matthew. I asked about the fat guy that used to do everything, Matthew told me that he was fired for sexual harassment that he did not do, and I quote "and they kept the B***H." This made me suspect of the people working for Bozzuto. Very easily I found out the Matthew has 1st Degree Burglary, Theft and Handgun charges against him. The male housekeeper a black man, served two years in NY State Prison. The front desk girl Laura has numerous Battery and Malicious Destruction of Property charges against her. And very easily found out that the girl housekeeper had charged several men before with harassment and rape. This begs the question what kind of background check does Bozzuto do? This is after putting up with the constant attitude from the leasing office and a complete disregard for customer service. Why does the leasing office have numerous parties in the rec room, where the property manager gets drunk with everyone. It is exceptionally easy for anyone to look peoples criminal records, with the high profile types of Athletes, and Doctors living here, you should want to know who is coming into your apartment. Are they going to rob you? Accuse you of Harassment? Batter you? Destroy your property? Why hasn't anyone figured this out before now. The one guy with a crystal clear record they fired. Is this how Bozzuto does business, my girlfriend is waiting for the end of her lease, and she is gone. And who is the guy in the alley that does nothing but smoke cigarettes all day? Nobody could tell me his name.
