Apartment Review for Twin Ridge Apartments - Baltimore, MD

The leasing staff is only nice when they are trying to entice you to rent after you move in they are rude and unhelpful. The buildings are 30+ years old and completely falling apart. All the appliances are outdated or bottom of the line. The a/c unit will break repeatedly and cost $$$$ for the BGE bill. Additionally the buildings have a rodent problem which is out of control, you can hear mice running through the vents. When you do finally move out of this hell hole, after years of being a superb tenant, they will try to nickle and dime you out of your security deposit as well as create additional charges.
