Apartment Review for Village Of Pine Run - Baltimore, MD

I liked the townhomes because I got a lot of house for the money (compared to other locations) but they have raised the rent recently. I wouldn't mind the increase if it weren't for the fact that I saw no improvement in services along with that increase in rent payment. They keep the grass cut out here, but that's about it. The appliances are cheap and break down at least monthly. Maintenance is slow and reluctant to replace anything. I had to call 6 six times to get my broken dryer replaced. My refrigerator is leaking, my dishwasher is crapping out. We have a horrible ant problem every summer. Maintenance has been by to "correct" it twice but they can't seem to do anything about it...and they don't care. I got locked out of my townhouse at 6 in the morning. I had to take my baby to the ER. I called the emergency maintenance line at 730 and had to wait for an hour in my car with a feverish baby until 830 maintenance showed up. Then they wanted me to pay 50 dollars before they would even open the door. I refused and it was added to my rent. While waiting in my car, I drove to the maintenance building to see what was taking so long and I saw them all standing around looking at a camera. They had been paged 4 times!!! Do not rent here. You will be disappointed. I can't wait to leave here.
