Apartment Review for Mt. Washington Apartments - Baltimore, MD

Management/Staff here are about collecting your rent and that is it!! I have had a cabinet that needs to be repaired (it fell off two months into my lease and it has yet to be fixed. Once I had a leak under my kitchen sink and placed the cabinet door in front of the kitchen sink so they could remember to fix that as well (while they were working on the faucet) but they simply moved it out of the way and only fixed the leaking water!!! Also, if you have a pet don't go here. Just trust me!! Overall, it was okay when I first started my lease for the money I was paying..you know average; but you CANNOT ask people to pay $850 a month for a single apt with no amenities!!! Not even a pool people! Oh and one washer and dryer for the whole building!!!
