ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!! ELEVATORS ALWAYS BROKEN--PEOPLE HAVING PANIC ATTACKS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK WHILE BEING STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR--CELL PHONES DO NOT WORK IN ELEVATORS DUE TO POOR RECEPTION! EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH VANDALISM AND THEFT OF AUTOMOBILES WEEKLY!  Need to rent an apartment?
