Apartment Review for Woodrow Apartments - Baltimore, MD

Steve Sachs, this building's landlord is a snake. He will not return my deposit, even after meeting all of my responsibilities as a tenant. He's all but impossible to get a hold of. He's never returned any of my calls or emails. He does a good job keeping any records of his from public view. His PO box is the closest I've every gotten to an address for him. I wish I could say more, and would if asked to. To all who are looking at this building: do not rent here. Also, I'm not the only who's not received their deposit. I've heard of other horror stories.
